I’ve lost sight of my boundaries

again. How can something be right if thereare no parameters to govern sucha concept? Is existence itself proof of what is right?Or does the existence of error nullifythat argument? There has been no powerrevealed to us—–save those that we created ourselves, that can judgeright or wronggood or badwithin an infinite context. Our perception creates our worldBut where does our perception […]

It hurts too much to write right now

I’ve been trying so hard to live without painbut the instantaneous dissipationof the only words I could mutterhas left the room empty. The reverberations of your footstepshave dissolved into the infinite, leaving mecold, trembling, and alone.

Purged of faith

the soul despairswhen forced to ask, what is a soula concrete answereludes usIs this because our soul is fluid?or because the idea of a soul is the resultof anthropocentric delusions of grandeur? Can we call the results ofprescribed fantasies, false instructions, misleading guidance…delusions? They are not the result of yourown poor reasoning. There are the product ofanother’s inability to peer into […]

no faith maybe hope

There you are,a single entitycomprised of infiniteconstituents:A pastthat has brought you to thispresent, all of which will dictateyour future, while I lay in bedreviewing, processing, analyzing, wondering, losing focus ofthe present, caught up in a search—a maddening desire—to understandthe infinite.I refuse to havefaith, but I will try to retain somehope.

we’ll start off in quantifiable terminology Over the past few months, you became my best friend. One of the few that would indulge my pseudomeaningful babble. We spoke over Bananagrams, tea, and nicotine til 5amand turned to beseech the sun:Please, just…don’t.You allowed me to present my chain of reasoning that proposes Zeno did not hand us a […]

how to use:

as common as carbon is a poetic stream of consciousness.
there are 3 categories of “poems”:

(i) heteroglossic synesthesia (complete poems)
(ii) hobonyms (words with no homes)
(iii) mind jerky (thoughts to chew on)

after reading a poem you have 3 options to “turn the page”

“RANDOM” – takes you to a random poetic expression
#hastags – take you to another random poem with the same theme or motif
#category – takes you to a random poem in the same category

“no one can step in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and they are not the same person” – possibly Heraclitus

just as no one can step in the same river twice, no one can have the same experience of “as common as carbon” twice
